Ross Aviation, LLC (“Ross Aviation”) announced today that it has acquired the Denver Air fixed based operation (“FBO”) at Jefferson County Airport (“BJC” or “Jeffco”) in Broomfield, Colorado, one of two primary reliever airports in the Denver market.  “Denver Air has been a fixture at Jeffco for many years and Ross Aviation is extremely proud of this high quality operation that is in our own backyard,” said Jeff Ross, President of Denver-based Ross Aviation.  "We strongly believe in the fundamentals of this industry -- one of them being good assets in good markets, and feel we have found that combination in Denver Air and Jefferson County Airport,” added Ross.  Denver Air will remain an Avfuel branded dealer and home to a Duncan Avionics satellite operation.  It will continue to provide annual and phase inspections and general repairs and overhauls on piston and turbine aircraft.  Denver Air offers more than 50,000 square feet of high quality, heated hangar space in a new, modern facility nestled against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, next to the Interlocken Technology Park, less than 20 minutes from both downtown Denver and Boulder.
